I’m here to listen to you, as well as my guides, ancestors and angels, and your guides and ancestors, as we work together to facilitate a sense of peace and healing.
I believe that our bodies are intelligent and know when something isn’t right-the more we ignore this feeling, the farther we get from our inner knowing-and the more likely we are to feel run down, void of inspiration, and stagnant. This is when some unwanted symptoms can manifest.
We are 99.99 percent made of energy-everything is a frequency.
As a channel and a Reiki Master, I’m able to help maneuver your unique energy to either remove congestion or expand energy, with the goal of facilitating a more balanced and harmonious energetic system.
I use my gifts of all five clairs to bring about peace and clarity to the things on your heart.
I offer a variety of different healing modalities as I work with you, my guides, your guides, and even your ancestors and angels during my psychic readings, and energy healing sessions.
Sometimes we may work with Reiki, embodiment meditations, tarot, sound, channeling or all of the above!
The one thing that remains the same is my goal to make you feel seen, and bring you messages that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

About Me
Hi, I’m Cristiana Rose, but Cristy to most of my friends! I’m named after my grandmother, Roseanna, who I grew up seeing in spirit form from a young age-and I guess this is where my story begins.
Since I was very young, I’ve been able to connect with loved ones who have passed-including being visited by my grandmother and great-grandmother in spirit, as well as seeing your loved ones hanging out with you in the grocery store line or at the park etc.
Not only could I see and connect with energy forms, but I would often know things before they happened-like when I announced to my babysitter that she was pregnant with a baby girl, and she hadn’t even taken a pregnancy test yet. As I got older, this “knowing” (claircognizance) and “seeing” (clairvoyance) only grew stronger.

About Reiki
The word Reiki is Japanese and translates to “life force energy”-and this is exactly what Reiki is. It’s an intuitive energy coming directly from source, that is already inside of you! Sometimes this energy gets congested and depleted, this is when illnesses and emotional distress can manifest. Reiki is not a religion, it’s a healing modality that takes place at a soul level, and works well in conjunction with western medicine.
During a Reiki session, a series of light touch hand placements, work to direct the flow of energy to areas that might need a little more attention and care. As a Reiki Master, I’ve been attuned and trained to channel and move the energy through the meridians and chakras (energy centers) in your body to promote deep relaxation, pain reduction, remove any energetic blocks, increase self-esteem, and help to lessen anxiety and insomnia.

Reiki (In person or virtual options)
Reiki is a powerful healing modality with ancient roots. Through channeling higher frequencies of energy, I am able to maneuver and unblock any trapped energy inside of you that is preventing you from living and feeling your best. Reiki is and excellent tool for anxiety, depression, insomnia, infertility, and pain management.
Offering 60 minute and 90 minute sessions.
1 hour session: $272
1.5 hour session: $363
Reiki Package 5 sessions for total transformation and energetic signature recalibration: $1,211
Soul Session (In person and virtual options)
During a soul session we go deep to uncover hidden blocks from past lives and current timelines. Includes an Akashic Records reading with a soul retrieval mediation, a complete Reiki rebalance and chakra reading, as well as a mini tarot reading to end your session. Leave feeling lighter and more balanced with messages from your guides and angels that will stay with you long after you leave your Soul Session.

120 minute Soul Session: $777 and includes a follow up integration call with me.

The Akashic Records offer soul-level wisdom and guidance from your personal Book of Life. This is a quantum field of truth, love and remembrance where we touch on past lives, future timelines, and soul-level wisdom.

Soul Retrieval
Call back the parts of you that got lost along the way. Through meditation and energetic healing, we retrieve the soul fragments that split off during intense moments from past lives or this current life. Through Soul Retrieval, you will be guided back to wholeness and inner sovereignty.
